I've bought from here before without any issues. Can't say the same for my most recent purchase. It's been 3 weeks, and they say it was shipped, but I still haven't got it?? Customer service is lacking, and there's been no fix for this. I'm really frustrated.

I’d rate it 5 stars, but a couple of things threw me off a bit. First off, the shipping was promised in 24 hours, but it actually took 48. Also, it wasn’t clear if the keg was brand new or refurbished. I’m cool with that, though. The keg you actually get looks different from the one shown, but honestly, the one you receive is even better, despite being refurbished.
You really ought to be a bit more precise about the shipping times and the item descriptions. I get that running a business ain’t easy, but those little details really shape your reputation. Fixing these minor issues could make you the top company in the UK. Wishing you all the best, and I’ll definitely be back for more!

This was my first time ordering from kegthat.com, and I was really impressed with their service and how they pay attention to the little things.
